This Privacy Policy describes how DigitalSeed LLC ("Metrix", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares
information when you use our ad management platform at metrixads.com (the "Service").
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and password when you create an
account.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider
(we do not store credit card numbers).
- Communications: Messages you send to our support team.
1.2 Information from Facebook/Meta
When you connect your Facebook account, we access:
- Ad Account Data: Campaign performance metrics, ad spend, impressions, clicks, and
conversions.
- Page Access: Ability to read and respond to comments on your ads.
- Business Information: Business Manager and ad account structure.
IMPORTANT: We only access data you explicitly authorize. You can revoke access at any time
through your Facebook settings under Settings → Security → Apps and Websites.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
- IP address and device information
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and actions taken within Metrix
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Metrix platform
- Display your advertising performance data in our dashboard
- Enable campaign creation and management
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- With Service Providers: Third parties that perform services on our behalf (hosting,
analytics, payment processing).
- With Meta/Facebook: As required to provide the Service through their APIs.
- For Legal Reasons: When required by law or to protect our rights.
- With Your Consent: When you direct us to share information.
4. DATA RETENTION
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you
delete your account:
- Your personal information is deleted within 30 days
- Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics
- Some information may be retained for legal compliance
5. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
5.1 Access and Portability
You can access your data through your account settings or by contacting us.
5.2 Correction and Deletion
You can update your information in account settings. To delete your account and data, contact
support@metrixads.com or use our Data Deletion page.
5.3 Revoking Facebook Access
You can disconnect Facebook at any time:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find "Metrix" and click "Remove"
- This immediately revokes our access to your Facebook data
6. DATA SECURITY
We implement appropriate security measures including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure storage of access tokens
- Regular security assessments
- Limited employee access to personal data
